By using this Website or the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our Website or Service.

This Website and Service is maintained and operated by Spendbase LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, located at Cornwall Buildings, 45 Newhall St, Birmingham B3 3QR, United Kingdom.

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to notify us immediately at support@llmapi.ai of any unauthorized access to your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or API keys.

LLM API provides intelligent request routing that automatically directs your API requests to the most cost-effective model based on your configured preferences. The Service also includes semantic caching, which stores representations of your requests to identify similar queries and return cached responses, reducing costs and latency.

LLM API routes your API requests to various third-party AI model providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Google (Vertex AI / AI Studio), AWS Bedrock, and Moonshot AI.

When using AI models through LLM API, you are also subject to the terms of service, acceptable use policies, and privacy policies of the respective model providers. LLM API acts solely as a routing and analytics layer – we do not create, train, or control the AI models, and we do not control or assume responsibility for the outputs generated by third-party AI providers.

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI outputs before use and ensuring they are appropriate for your intended purpose.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• generate, distribute, or facilitate any illegal content, including content that exploits or harms minors;
• generate malware, viruses, phishing content, or other malicious code, or use any automated means to access or collect data from this Website without permission;
• harass, abuse, threaten, or incite violence against individuals or groups;
• generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content;
• infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
• attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or authentication controls, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service;
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization, or use the Service to develop competing AI gateway products.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities without prior notice.

The Website, Service, and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Spendbase LTD, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The LLM API name, logo, and all related names, logos, and designs are trademarks of Spendbase LTD. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from this Website or Service without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of your own data, prompts, and outputs generated through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your input or output content, and we do not use your data to train AI models.

Current pricing is available on our website at https://llmapi.ai. Usage fees are based on API consumption (tokens, requests) as displayed in your dashboard. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By using our paid services, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. We do not store your credit card information. You are responsible for monitoring your usage and associated costs.

All fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or in cases of billing errors on our part.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be subject to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime due to technical issues, third-party provider outages beyond our control, and rate limits to ensure fair usage.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://llmapi.ai/privacy.

Key points: you control whether we store your API prompts and responses through your data retention settings. We do not use your data to train AI models. By using the Service, you consent to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the Service’s accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for evaluating AI outputs and making your own decisions. Your use of the Service and reliance on AI-generated outputs is at your sole risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPENDBASE LTD AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE OR THE AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions limit our ability to disclaim liability. With regard to those jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spendbase LTD, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws, or content you generate or transmit through the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@llmapi.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately, any outstanding fees remain payable, and provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We accept no responsibility for third-party sites available through this Website, via hyperlink or otherwise, including AI provider websites and documentation. You are encouraged to review the terms of use and privacy policies applicable to those sites. Any access to, or use of, a third-party site is solely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at https://llmapi.ai/terms with a revised “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or through the Service. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Service after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
